Requirements
- Must be independently licensed in Alaska as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
- Must be currently living in Alaska.
- Minimum of 20 hours of weekly availability.
- Consistent availability for a minimum of 15 client sessions weekly.
- Open to treating a variety of client types, including couples and children.
- Proficiency with modern clinical technology and EHR tools.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and measurable client progress.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, clinician-led team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse range of clients.
- Treat a variety of clients including couples and children as a behavioral health generalist.
- Maintain a consistent caseload of at least 15 sessions weekly.
- Utilize modern telehealth and EHR tools for clinical documentation and sessions.
- Collaborate within a clinical community through case consultations and professional support.
