Requirements
- Must be independently licensed in Washington DC (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care.
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices.
- Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model.
- Preference given to candidates holding at least 2 additional state licenses.
- Experience in perinatal or menopausal mental health is preferred.
- PMH-C certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy to women navigating reproductive journeys.
- Deliver the Seven Starling Care Model using evidence-based modalities like CBT, ACT, IPT, and attachment-based approaches.
- Create and maintain high-quality clinical documentation and treatment plans.
- Participate in individual and group clinical consultations, as well as monthly clinical team meetings.
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives aligned with personal and professional interests.
