Requirements
- Must be independently licensed in California (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience in perinatal, menopausal health, or women’s mental health preferred
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, IPT, and attachment-based approaches
- Proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
- Commitment to a collaborative team model and continuous learning
- Availability to work 29 hours total per week, with at least 5 slots after 4pm on weekdays
- Additional state licenses considered a plus
- PMH-C certification considered a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for women navigating their reproductive journeys
- Conduct approximately 20-21 patient sessions per week with specific availability requirements
- Create and maintain high-quality clinical documentation and treatment plans
- Participate in individual and group clinical consultation and monthly clinical team meetings
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives aligned with clinical interests
