Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building or managing communities with measurable growth.
- Hands-on experience with at least one community platform such as Discord, Reddit, or Discourse.
- Proven ability to own work end-to-end.
- Proven team player who enjoys collaboration.
- Strong written English communication skills suitable for a technical audience.
- Curiosity about technology and developer tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools.
- Experience managing or moderating technical communities (nice to have).
- Experience organizing or attending online or in-person community events (nice to have).
- Ability to confidently present to developer audiences, including hosting webinars and product demos (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Nurture the developer community by driving engagement across Discord, the Apify subreddit, and other Apify-maintained channels.
- Plan and run community programs end-to-end, such as webinars, contests, and giveaways.
- Keep the community informed by announcing product changes, feature releases, and relevant updates across community channels.
- Guide developers from onboarding to success - advising on monetization strategies, navigating documentation, and providing hands-on support to both new and experienced publishers.
- Capture developer insights through conversations, calls, and events, and feed them back to the relevant internal teams.
- Support logistics for in-person events and meet-ups in your region.
