- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to secure alignment without formal authority.
- Expertise in translating organizational strategy into operational execution through frameworks, playbooks, and governance structures.
- Proven ability to improve adoption, consistency, and organizational performance through performance data analysis.
- Experience leading initiatives requiring both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Deep understanding of commercial drivers impacting organizational performance, revenue, and profitability.
- Strong executive communication and facilitation skills to present strategic narratives.
- Ability to make decisions under ambiguity and balance strategic intent with operational pragmatism.
- Proficiency in systems thinking, organizational design, and KPI development.
Responsibilities
- Shape scalable frameworks, systems, and operational structures that strengthen organizational effectiveness across the franchise network.
- Define and evolve strategic enablement initiatives aligned to organizational priorities and long-term franchise growth objectives.
- Architect repeatable systems, playbooks, tools, and governance structures that support execution across the organization.
- Influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Client Success to integrate strategic initiatives without direct authority.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators tied to program effectiveness, organizational adoption, and business outcomes.
- Analyze trends, operational metrics, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
