Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in consulting, project/program management, or operational roles
- At least 3 years managing complex cross-functional programs across product, commercial, and operational workstreams
- Proven track record of delivering programs for product launches, GTM execution, and operational stand-up
- Strong working knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing board-level materials
- Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalents)
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field
- Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated industries (preferred)
- Exposure to digital assets, stablecoins, or cross-border payments (preferred)
- Prior experience supporting board or committee operations (preferred)
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrated plan across product, GTM, regulatory, and bank stand-up workstreams
- Establish and run the program's governance model, including steering committees and risk management
- Translate high-level strategy into actionable weekly milestones for a cross-functional team
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to drive stablecoin and bank capability roadmaps
- Drive GTM execution including segmentation, pricing, and launch readiness
- Coordinate bank stand-up activities including charter approval, governance, and policy development
- Manage board and committee engagement, including preparation of executive-grade materials
