- 8+ years of cross-functional leadership experience with P&L ownership
- Track record of driving market expansion, launching new products, or transforming businesses
- Strong financial acumen and ability to make value-creating decisions (P&L, BI tools, FP&A)
- Experience building and leading executive-level teams
- Comfort with emerging technologies including AI
- Exceptional communication and influence skills
- Ability to simplify complexity, work through ambiguity, and make bold decisions
- Resilience and adaptability under pressure
- Prior experience managing a B2B software company preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
