Requirements
- Significant Product Management experience leading strategy across multiple teams or complex technical workflows.
- Proven experience directly managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers.
- Strong technical fluency in infrastructure, cloud platforms, observability, telemetry, data pipelines, or high-scale databases.
- Strong product instincts around AI and its application in technical products for developers, operators, or SREs.
- Ability to translate complex customer problems into clear product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with experience influencing Engineering, Design, and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to create clarity in ambiguity and operate effectively in a remote-first environment.
- BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product vision and strategy for Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingestion as a core platform capability.
- Partner with senior R&D leaders to align technical strategy, roadmap, and tradeoffs.
- Identify high-impact problems using customer research, product analytics, and competitive insight.
- Define AI integration strategies for instrumentation, configuration, and data quality.
- Coach and develop a team of Product Managers to drive high-quality outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with technical buyers and observability practitioners.
- Support GTM teams with product positioning, differentiation, and field enablement.
