Requirements
- BS/BA in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management.
- 5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS product.
- Experience using or building developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services.
- Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems concepts.
- Experience driving adoption of shared services or platform capabilities across multiple teams.
- Experience working with Engineering and Design teams to build products with high-quality UX.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap.
- Empathize with customer problems to collect user needs, requirements, and pain points.
- Curate and represent user feedback to Engineering while providing evidence for tradeoffs.
- Work closely with PMM to enable GTM strategies, including creating documentation, whitepapers, and datasheets.
- Make product decisions regarding pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering.
- Define how test results integrate with Grafana Cloud's metrics, logs, and traces.
