Requirements
- Experience owning a backlog, defining success metrics, and shipping improvements iteratively in a product, product operations, or technical project management role.
- Hands-on experience working with LLM-powered products or conversational AI.
- Understanding of how prompts work, failure modes, and systematic testing methods.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly, precisely, and empathetically.
- Data-driven working style with experience defining metrics and analyzing results.
- Experience partnering closely with clinical or scientific colleagues.
- Strong understanding of AI safety and clinical responsibility in sensitive domains.
- Genuine curiosity about the technical, ethical, and human dimensions of AI.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the Nova roadmap, translating goals into a clear, prioritized backlog.
- Write and iterate prompts and conversation design to improve clarity, empathy, and effectiveness.
- Set up and run evaluation and testing practices for Nova, identifying failure modes and improving reliability.
- Partner daily with clinical and data colleagues to ensure Nova is safe, clinically grounded, and continuously improving.
- Define success metrics, analyze outcomes, and share learnings through clear updates and thoughtful post-mortems.
