Requirements
- 7+ years of IT support experience in a fast-paced global corporate environment.
- 2+ years in a team lead or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in owning the hardware asset lifecycle including procurement, inventory, and disposal.
- Extensive experience troubleshooting macOS hardware and software.
- Solid system administration experience in either Google Workspace or Windows environments.
- Direct experience with Apple Business Manager and MDM platforms, specifically Addigy.
- Experience managing third-party vendor relationships for asset logistics.
- Proficiency in supporting enterprise-level Zoom and Slack environments.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and switching.
- Familiarity with endpoint security agents such as SWG, CASB, ZTNA, and NGAV.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Systems Support team to ensure high-quality service and SLA compliance.
- Coach, mentor, and provide advanced escalation support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 team members.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors for asset dispatch, recovery, and logistical operations.
- Develop and implement technical procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency and security.
- Own the end-to-end hardware asset management lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
- Lead internal and external asset management audit activities to ensure compliance.
- Resolve advanced tickets involving remote desktop environments and complex business applications.
- Manage device enrollment and policy enforcement via Apple Business Manager and MDM platforms.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
