Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, forecasting, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building, maintaining, and improving demand forecasting or predictive models.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query optimization, window functions, and stored procedures.
- Strong proficiency in R or similar for statistical modeling, forecasting, and automation.
- Demonstrated experience with time series forecasting methods (e.g., ARIMA, SARIMA, exponential smoothing).
- Ability to present complex forecast outputs to senior leaders and influence strategic decisions.
- Experience working in or directly supporting a customer care, contact center, or workforce management environment.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead high-priority projects in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve GoDaddy's Care demand forecasting model by maintaining accuracy and implementing improvements.
- Develop and deploy predictive models, statistical forecasts, and data-driven solutions.
- Translate complex model outputs into clear, compelling narratives for senior and executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain reporting and data infrastructure to support the forecasting model.
- Partner with finance, workforce management, operations, and Care leadership to align forecast assumptions.
- Establish and champion standard processes for forecasting methodology and documentation.
- Lead the integration of AI tools and platforms into the forecasting workflow.
