Requirements
- 5+ years of professional front-end and full-stack experience building production web applications.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tooling.
- Strong full-stack fundamentals including designing and consuming APIs.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Working knowledge of Rust or strong experience in another systems language and a desire to work in Rust.
- Proven track record of partnering with product and design to ship customer-focused experiences.
- Demonstrated seniority in setting technical direction, leading projects, and mentoring engineers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship high-quality, accessible web UIs in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS with a focus on performance and craft.
- Build and consume GraphQL and REST APIs and contribute to Rust services and the PostgreSQL data layer.
- Partner with UI/UX designers and product managers to define and build well-scoped features.
- Make architectural decisions, establish front-end best practices, and mentor engineers through code reviews.
- Extend key experiences to native mobile (iOS and Android) to ensure consistency across platforms.
