Requirements
- 5+ years in professional software engineering.
- 3+ years building mobile apps, preferably with React Native.
- Proficiency with MongoDB or similar noSQL databases.
- Experience in ExpressJS for server-side logic.
- Familiarity with AWS (ECS, EC2, Step Functions, Lambda, SQS).
- Skilled in building and securing REST APIs.
- Experience integrating APIs into mobile applications.
- Passion for mentoring and uplifting the engineering team.
- Previous startup success as a founder or very early stage team member.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing key product features for the investing platform.
- Work closely with product and design teams to understand customer needs.
- Represent the voice of the customer in architectural decisions.
- Help shape the culture of the engineering organization.
- Drive engineering best practices.
- Explore new ways of solving challenging technical problems at scale.
- Mentor and uplift members of the engineering team.
