Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Healthcare Administration (MBA highly preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development within the healthcare sector.
- Direct experience in home health and hospice is preferred.
- Proven track record in deal sourcing and execution.
- Strong financial and strategic analytical skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to travel up to one to two weeks per month.
- Must be able to successfully perform essential functions including frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Shape market expansion strategy by defining criteria for attractive geographies and maintaining a data-driven view of priority markets.
- Build and own the deal pipeline, translating strategy into actionable target lists and managing both inbound and outbound opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with potential sellers and investment bankers to position the organization as a buyer of choice.
- Lead deal execution end-to-end, including structuring, LOI development, and orchestrating diligence across functions.
- Engage local market operations during the diligence process to identify critical questions, manage risks, and drive recommendations.
