Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B account management
- Strong relationship-building skills

- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams
- Comfortable tracking metrics and using data to drive decisions and improvements
- Familiarity with or network in the online gaming space preferred
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced, dynamic environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing partnerships, ensuring alignment, success, and shared goals
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing check-ins with key partners
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to build and execute co-branded campaigns and partner programs
- Track KPIs and partner performance, reporting weekly to leadership on results and insights
- Identify and source new strategic partnerships that align with goals and market
- Build scalable systems and processes to support a growing ecosystem of partners
- Represent Approvely at industry events, virtually and in-person
