Requirements
- 3-5 years of Marketo or Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) experience.
- 2-3 years of Salesforce (SFDC) experience.
- Expertise in SFDC integration.
- Strong understanding of Lead Management, Lead Routing, and Lifecycle Management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large sets of data and ensure data health.
- Proficiency in project and program management.
- Experience creating dashboards and reporting for executive review.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Strategic approach to technology optimization and scalability.
- Self-motivated and passionate about Marketing Automation.
Responsibilities
- Manage Lead Quality, Lead Scoring, and Lead Routing in Marketo.
- Collaborate on best practices for Marketo and SFDC integration.
- Review program requirements to identify areas of optimization and update email marketing campaign progress.
- Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions.
- Maintain high standards for data health and quality when managing large datasets.
- Monitor key performance metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Assess ad-hoc analytical project requests and determine appropriate approaches.
- Advise on data requirements needed for performance analysis and ensure findings are effectively visualized for stakeholders.
