Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or strategic client-facing roles.
  • Proven success managing and growing high-value, revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions, measure performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex partnerships simultaneously.
  • Experience conducting business reviews and translating insights into renewal, retention, and expansion strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, including contract review and redlining experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence.
  • Growth mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments and identify creative partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary post-contract owner for key strategic partnerships, managing day-to-day relationships with senior partner stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships to drive trust, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead partner onboarding and ensure successful activation from kickoff through launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to deliver on partnership commitments.
  • Translate partner objectives into clear execution plans, timelines, and success metrics for internal teams.
  • Manage ongoing partner performance through regular business reviews (QBRs/MBRs), tracking key metrics and growth outcomes.
  • Identify upsell, expansion, and optimization opportunities across existing partnerships and ecosystem verticals.
  • Monitor partner health, risks, and performance trends, proactively addressing issues and aligning stakeholders on solutions.
  • Support contract negotiations and renewals in collaboration with Legal and business leadership.
