Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, solution selling, or professional services.
- Strong track record of new logo acquisition and growing multi-million-dollar programs.
- Deep experience engaging C-suite and senior-level executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, CMO).
- Demonstrated understanding of CMET-sector dynamics (media, telco, streaming, OTT, technology).
- Experience selling service-oriented or outcome-based solutions.
- Proven success in collaborative prospecting and running complex sales pursuits.
- Ability to build and execute account plans for portfolio growth.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel regularly to meet clients as required.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a targeted portfolio of CMET accounts focused on net new logo acquisition and multi-tower expansion.
- Generate pipeline from scratch through a disciplined hunter approach and penetrate enterprise organizations.
- Partner with pre-sales experts and delivery teams to craft and pitch tailored solutions for complex client challenges.
- Negotiate complex service agreements with client procurement and legal departments.
- Lead strategic client conversations and maintain credibility at the C-suite level (CIO, CTO, CDO, CMO).
- Develop and execute account plans to drive consistent portfolio growth and healthy pipeline.
