- Strong Salesforce experience at the architecture level.
- Proven experience as a technical architect.
- Strong hands-on Node.js experience in production systems.
- Experience managing developers and being accountable for delivery.
- Ability to design and own end-to-end system architecture.
- Strong ownership mindset with focus on execution.
- Ability to quickly assess team capability and identify gaps.
- Comfortable making decisions and holding accountability.
Responsibilities
- Own technical architecture across Salesforce and Node.js systems.
- Maintain end-to-end ownership of development execution and delivery.
- Manage and improve performance of developers with direct accountability for output.
- Drive development velocity and remove technical bottlenecks.
- Establish clear engineering standards and accountability.
- Train and ramp up Node.js developers into the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team on execution priorities.
- Make final technical decisions to ensure projects are not blocked.
