- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in payroll administration is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Report to management and execute instructions.
- Liaise with management and staff regarding administrative matters.
- Track account balances and manage petty cash.
- Approve expenditure and issue payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Verify timesheets and process payroll.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of office equipment and furniture.
- Schedule and manage meetings, conferences, workshops, and special events.
- Make travel arrangements, coordinate conference calls, and handle RSVPs for events.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and correspondence.
- Hire and train new Office Administrators.
