  • Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in payroll administration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Report to management and execute instructions.
  • Liaise with management and staff regarding administrative matters.
  • Track account balances and manage petty cash.
  • Approve expenditure and issue payments to vendors and suppliers.
  • Verify timesheets and process payroll.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of office equipment and furniture.
  • Schedule and manage meetings, conferences, workshops, and special events.
  • Make travel arrangements, coordinate conference calls, and handle RSVPs for events.
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and correspondence.
  • Hire and train new Office Administrators.
