  • Capability to manage budgets and perform financial calculations.
  • Experience with CRM systems and reservation software.
  • Familiarity with Adventure Office, Softrip, Zoho One, or Basecamp platforms is preferred.
  • Professional negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
