- Proficiency in computer systems and internet navigation.

- Capability to manage budgets and perform financial calculations.
- Experience with CRM systems and reservation software.
- Familiarity with Adventure Office, Softrip, Zoho One, or Basecamp platforms is preferred.
- Professional negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

- Assemble and manage complex tour itineraries with high attention to detail.
- Proactively manage budgets and negotiate competitive rates with vendors and suppliers.

- Take full ownership of operational outcomes and company resource management.
