Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience planning and implementing solutions in healthcare, technology, financial, or clinical systems environments.
- Experience conducting research using administrative datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL programming.
- Ability to manage IT projects and implement solutions in a large organization.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for interfacing with all organizational levels.
- Experience supporting process development and systems-level initiatives related to data governance.
- Knowledge of healthcare, clinical, or financial data environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with research leadership to identify data resources and support the use of reporting systems.
- Partner with operational leadership to understand data requirements and develop business, operational, and research solutions.
- Develop and maintain expertise in systems including InfoEd, Infor, Velos, and Monday.com.
- Translate data requirements into SQL queries to support analysis and decision-making.
- Create formal written documentation for dataset construction and key data element specifications.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure data reliability and compliance.
- Manage and enforce data access restrictions, controls, and security policies.
- Develop and maintain data marts and data structures for organizational initiatives.
