Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of Ads platforms including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Google Ads certification is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Access to required hardware: Laptop/Desktop (Intel Core i5 6th Gen+ or 8th Gen recommended, 16GB RAM), 22-inch LED monitor, and noise-canceling headphones
  • Reliable electricity backup for 2-3 hours

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage Ads campaigns that align with business goals and objectives
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization
  • Create comprehensive advertising strategies, including ad copy, targeting, and budgeting
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports to track KPIs, including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices
