Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Ads platforms including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Google Ads certification is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Access to required hardware: Laptop/Desktop (Intel Core i5 6th Gen+ or 8th Gen recommended, 16GB RAM), 22-inch LED monitor, and noise-canceling headphones
- Reliable electricity backup for 2-3 hours
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage Ads campaigns that align with business goals and objectives
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization
- Create comprehensive advertising strategies, including ad copy, targeting, and budgeting
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate reports to track KPIs, including CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices
