Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering; MBA highly preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management within enterprise software (SaaS/Cloud/Data).
- 5+ years of experience managing or leading small partner/sales teams.
- Proven track record of acting as an effective player-coach.
- Deep, existing relationships and credibility within the executive leadership levels of major Indian GSIs.
- Solid understanding of the cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with data platforms, analytics, and the emerging Enterprise AI/Large Language Model (LLM) landscape.
- Exceptional executive presence, negotiation, and cross-functional orchestration skills.
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed global organisations seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive GSI partner strategy for India.
- Build, formalise, and scale strategic relationships at the executive, practice lead, and delivery levels within top-tier Indian GSIs.
- Hire, manage, and mentor a small, growing team of partner managers.
- Drive pipeline generation and influenced revenue through active co-selling with GSIs.
- Evangelise Neo4j within GSI data, analytics, and GenAI practices.
- Collaborate with GSI Center of Excellence (CoE) teams and Neo4j product engineering to build repeatable, industry-specific solutions.
- Track, measure, and report on GSI-influenced pipeline, sales velocity, and certifications.
