Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or channel leadership.
- Focus areas: DevOps, Security, Agentic AI, or digital transformation.
- Deep understanding of the GSI ecosystem, business models, and joint solution development.
- Proven experience leading and developing global GSI partnerships with a track record of success.
- Demonstrated history of driving substantial revenue through partner channels.
- Existing executive and practice/delivery leadership relationships with India-headquartered GSIs.
- Exceptional multi-discipline leadership skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a GSI engagement strategy aligned with Sonar’s global objectives.
- Structure transformative alliance deals and drive joint value through technology integrations and co-innovation.
- Lead partner sales motions, solution POCs, and pilots using Sonar's suite of tools.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to facilitate joint opportunity pursuits.
- Build and leverage C-suite and Practice Leadership relationships within GSIs headquartered in India.
- Enable partners through certifications, training, and solution value sales readiness programs.
- Track partner objectives, milestones, and pipeline growth to report progress to leadership.
