Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or channel leadership.
  • Focus areas: DevOps, Security, Agentic AI, or digital transformation.
  • Deep understanding of the GSI ecosystem, business models, and joint solution development.
  • Proven experience leading and developing global GSI partnerships with a track record of success.
  • Demonstrated history of driving substantial revenue through partner channels.
  • Existing executive and practice/delivery leadership relationships with India-headquartered GSIs.
  • Exceptional multi-discipline leadership skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a GSI engagement strategy aligned with Sonar’s global objectives.
  • Structure transformative alliance deals and drive joint value through technology integrations and co-innovation.
  • Lead partner sales motions, solution POCs, and pilots using Sonar's suite of tools.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to facilitate joint opportunity pursuits.
  • Build and leverage C-suite and Practice Leadership relationships within GSIs headquartered in India.
  • Enable partners through certifications, training, and solution value sales readiness programs.
  • Track partner objectives, milestones, and pipeline growth to report progress to leadership.
