Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, channel partnerships, or ecosystem-driven sales roles with proven revenue ownership.
- Strong background in SaaS, ideally within cybersecurity, GRC, or enterprise software ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner programs that generate measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence and manage C-level relationships.
- Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills across complex partnership agreements.
- Experience managing revenue quotas tied to partnerships and driving consistent growth.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize partner performance.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical collaboration in SaaS ecosystems.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills with experience aligning sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Ability to build teams from the ground up and scale partnership functions in fast-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic alliances and channel partnership strategy to build scalable revenue streams and expand global market reach.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and grow relationships with key partners including MSPs, MSSPs, GSIs, and consulting organizations.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with partner leadership teams to drive long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
- Design and implement joint go-to-market (GTM) and co-selling initiatives to accelerate pipeline generation and revenue contribution.
- Own partnership-driven revenue targets, managing the full partner lifecycle from acquisition to performance optimization.
- Lead contract negotiations, commercial structuring, and joint business planning with strategic partners.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Solutions teams to ensure alignment and enablement of partner programs.
- Establish performance tracking frameworks, conduct regular business reviews, and optimize partner performance for maximum impact.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing partnerships team, including forecasting talent and capability needs.
