Requirements
- 2-4+ years in a software implementation role.
- Post-secondary education in business or technology related field (preferred).
- Consulting experience within a software organization performing workflow analysis and documenting recommendations.
- Experience configuring or implementing software solutions, database testing, and end-user support (preferred).
- Experience working on multiple project teams simultaneously balancing milestones and objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to quality validation processes.
- Proven ability to take accountability, demonstrate initiative, and work independently.
- Healthcare market experience (preferred).
- Must be able to travel up to 30% to customer sites and for regional or office meetings.
Responsibilities
- Act as the principal implementation liaison documenting customer requirements and translating them into configuration setup.
- Lead detailed business discovery to develop recommendations that drive outcomes and customer value.
- Execute system configuration setup and ensure data quality, integrity, and security for customer databases.
- Assess and validate implementation plans while managing communication among project stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues with attention to detail.
- Identify and suggest configuration improvements to drive efficiency and enhanced customer outcomes.
- Lead, influence, and support customer change management strategies, including user readiness and acceptance plans.
- Develop expertise in multiple product offerings to guide end-to-end solution delivery.
