Job Details

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in technical project management or professional services within enterprise SaaS
Experience supporting retail, eCommerce, or MarTech platforms with complex integrations
Strong technical understanding of APIs, data flows, system integrations, and SaaS architecture
Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Excellent project management discipline including planning, risk management, documentation, and delivery governance
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong commercial awareness of retail and eCommerce environments
Highly organized and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently as a regional owner
Confident problem solver with the ability to maintain momentum in high-pressure situations

Manage end-to-end project delivery including scoping, planning, execution, and post-go-live support for enterprise clients
Build detailed project plans, timelines, and risk frameworks to ensure predictable and transparent execution
Coordinate and align internal teams (Sales, CS, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering) with external client stakeholders
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
Lead client-facing meetings with structured communication, clear expectations, and consistent status reporting
Ensure integrations meet defined use cases, with full documentation, monitoring, and long-term maintainability
Capture delivery insights and feed them back into product and platform improvement discussions
