Requirements
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS or technical software environments.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling enterprise sales teams in Northern Europe.
- Deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Track record of exceeding regional revenue targets and developing high-performing AEs.
- Experience selling to and building relationships with C-level and VP-level technical executives.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with developer tooling, frontend infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
- Based in London and comfortable with regional travel across Northern Europe.
Responsibilities
- Own the Northern Europe enterprise number including pipeline, forecasting, and revenue attainment.
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy in collaboration with Marketing, SDR leadership, and Solutions Engineering.
- Represent Vercel at regional industry events and executive engagements.
- Recruit top enterprise sales talent and build a high-performance team culture.
