Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong English communication skills for global customer interaction
- Ability to engage effectively via email, phone, and in-person conversations
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Quick and enthusiastic learner
- Proactive, bold, and confident personality
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Currently based in Barcelona city
- Flexibility to visit the Barcelona office 2–3 days per month
Responsibilities
- Support Sales Associates with customer outreach, presentations, and meeting coordination
- Organize database and CRM, setting up trials and school networks
- Communicate with schools to understand needs and goals
- Actively seek new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals
- Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory
- Collaborate with team members and channel partners to build pipelines
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and manage license renewals
