Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, paid social, or direct response advertising
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Proven experience writing creative briefs, ad scripts, and marketing copy for performance-driven campaigns
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative direction and actionable strategies
  • Experience working with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams including designers, editors, and marketing operators
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and storytelling ability

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for high-performing paid social and digital advertising campaigns
  • Translate data insights, audience research, and competitive analysis into actionable creative concepts
  • Write scripts, ad copy, and creative briefs for video, static, and multi-channel ad formats
  • Analyze performance data from platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other analytics tools
  • Collaborate with production, post-production, and creative teams to ensure alignment between concept and execution
  • Provide strategic feedback on creative outputs to improve performance and ensure consistency with campaign goals
  • Identify top-performing creative concepts and trends through ongoing testing and data analysis
  • Iterate and optimize campaigns based on performance results and structured testing frameworks
  • Contribute to weekly strategic planning and creative direction for client accounts
