Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in content strategy, creative direction, or technical storytelling roles, ideally in technology or deep science environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel content creation (web, social, long-form writing, scripts, or thought leadership).
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical topics such as advanced science, engineering, or emerging technologies into accessible narratives.
- Proven experience managing editorial calendars, content pipelines, and multiple production workflows simultaneously.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Familiarity with digital content tools, CMS platforms, and publishing workflows.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including technical, marketing, and external creative teams.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with attention to tone, clarity, and audience adaptation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and translate highly technical quantum computing concepts into clear, engaging narratives tailored for public sector, enterprise, and technical audiences.
- Own and manage a multi-channel content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with go-to-market priorities and brand objectives.
- Create and produce core written assets including website copy, blog posts, thought leadership articles, social content, and video scripts.
- Lead storytelling direction for visual and multimedia content, including storyboarding and coordination with external production partners.
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, government affairs, and marketing teams to transform complex technical inputs into accessible messaging.
- Establish governance processes for content creation, review, approval, and distribution to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality.
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure content supports demand generation, brand positioning, and strategic initiatives.
