Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
  • Strong hands-on SEM expertise.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GDN, YouTube, or Facebook Ads.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, reporting).
  • Strong analytical mindset for interpreting PPC data and applying segmentation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and campaign analysis.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, tagging tools, and marketing technology ecosystems.
  • Understanding of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Exposure to automation, scripting, or LLM-based tools for marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong ownership mindset and results orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute strategic initiatives focused on scaling and optimizing paid search (SEM) campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design, run, and analyze experiments across ads, landing pages, pricing, and product flows.
  • Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and spend allocation to align with ROAS objectives.
  • Analyze performance data using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
  • Monitor campaign trends, diagnose performance issues, and optimize via segmentation techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, Engineering, and Analytics.
