Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on SEM expertise.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GDN, YouTube, or Facebook Ads.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, reporting).
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting PPC data and applying segmentation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and campaign analysis.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, tagging tools, and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Understanding of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Exposure to automation, scripting, or LLM-based tools for marketing is an advantage.
- Strong ownership mindset and results orientation.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute strategic initiatives focused on scaling and optimizing paid search (SEM) campaigns across Google Ads and related platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
- Design, run, and analyze experiments across ads, landing pages, pricing, and product flows.
- Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and spend allocation to align with ROAS objectives.
- Analyze performance data using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, and PowerBI.
- Monitor campaign trends, diagnose performance issues, and optimize via segmentation techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, Engineering, and Analytics.
