Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on marketing analytics and marketing data ecosystems.
- Advanced expertise in at least one major BI platform, such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills with experience building, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex queries.
- Experience with data modeling methodologies and transformation tools, preferably dbt.
- Advanced understanding of Google Analytics and marketing performance measurement principles.
- Hands-on experience using Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Proven ability to work directly with clients, communicate technical concepts clearly, and deliver business-focused insights.
- Experience performing QA/UAT testing and validating large-scale data sets.
- Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to integrate them into daily analytical workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end analytics delivery for assigned client accounts, ensuring reporting solutions align with business objectives and marketing goals.
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports across business intelligence platforms such as Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and enhance SQL queries to support analysis, reporting, investigations, and data validation activities.
- Create and maintain data transformation workflows, leveraging data modeling best practices and tools such as dbt.
- Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing to ensure data accuracy, consistency, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and communicate insights effectively.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within marketing data and proactively provide recommendations to improve performance.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, documentation, and overall productivity.
