Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in paid acquisition or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads (Search, App Campaigns, Performance Max) at scale.
  • Technical understanding of bidding systems, campaign structures, audience signals, and Smart Bidding mechanics.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining analytics and tracking systems (GA4, Firebase, GTM, conversion APIs, enhanced conversions).
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including LTV/CAC, payback period modeling, and cohort-based performance analysis.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with technical teams (data, engineering, analytics) to implement tracking and improve data quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize Google acquisition campaigns across Search, App Campaigns, and Performance Max.
  • Build and maintain a robust measurement ecosystem including GA4, Firebase, Google Tag Manager, and conversion APIs.
  • Develop and manage LTV/CAC models, define acquisition targets, and optimize spend based on cohort performance.
  • Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure reliable data flows and accurate reporting.
  • Establish performance governance frameworks and decision-making dashboards.
  • Adapt acquisition strategies to fintech and regulated advertising environments.
