Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on paid acquisition experience, with the majority spent on Google UAC / App Campaigns.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Google's campaign infrastructure: bidding algorithms, audience signals, and Smart Bidding mechanics.
  • Proven ability to architect and own measurement stacks including Firebase, GA4, GTM, and Conversion APIs.
  • Fluency in LTV/CAC modelling with experience using data to make budgeting and bidding decisions.
  • Experience operating in a fintech or financial services context.
  • Knowledge of acquisition compliance and trust dynamics unique to financial products.
  • Strong preference for experience in Sub-Saharan Africa or comparable emerging markets.
  • Familiarity with server-side conversion APIs and offline conversion imports.
  • Experience working with data science teams to build custom bidding signals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the full Google channel strategy across UAC / App Campaigns, Performance Max, and Search.
  • Build and maintain campaign structures optimised for a dual-product funnel.
  • Set bidding strategies, budget allocation frameworks, and creative testing cycles.
  • Architect and own the full measurement stack including Firebase, GA4, GTM, and server-side event pipelines.
  • Lead the implementation of Conversion APIs and enhanced conversions.
  • Define attribution models and evaluate data against funnel reality.
  • Own the economic model for Google acquisition, defining CAC targets and payback period models.
  • Build channel reporting systems that drive data-backed decision making.
