Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O.
- 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Proven background with Dynamics 365 F&O presales and product demonstrations.
- Strong proficiency in workshop facilitation including envisioning and art-of-the-possible sessions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse internal and external audiences.
- Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive for continuous professional development.
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Industry certifications such as Dynamics FastTrack, Microsoft MVP, or Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF, Zachman) are preferred.
- Relevant Azure experience across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design, architecture, and implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solution components.
- Support solution consultants across technical and business disciplines.
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to define and deliver innovative business application solutions.
- Identify growth opportunities and support sales strategies alongside Marketing and Sales teams.
- Manage project backlogs and client engagement value through regular reviews and alignment.
- Act as an escalation point and develop resolution plans for service offerings.
- Mentor team members and provide direction on project challenges.
