Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in software development and cloud-native systems.
- Strong background in established engineering practices and scalable architectures.
- Expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS) and frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, .NET).
- Proficiency in server-side scripting (Python, Node.js, PHP, Ruby).
- Deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience in API integrations across applications, vendors, and cloud environments.
- Understanding of modern application architectures such as event-based systems and microservices.
- Development experience on a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience configuring AWS resources.
- Strong customer-facing consulting and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead a workstream and support others.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers and internal teams through Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering backlogs.
- Delegate and manage project tasks for a team of engineers.
- Lead requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and architecture discussions.
- Develop and maintain DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Automate software testing and monitor system performance.
- Write production-quality code, including unit and integration tests.
- Mentor and coach less experienced team members.
