Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in software development and cloud-native systems.
- Strong background in established engineering practices and scalable architectures.
- Expertise in web technologies like HTML, CSS, React, Vue, Angular, or .Net MVC.
- Proficiency in server-side scripting such as Python, Node.js, PHP, or Ruby.
- Deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience in API integrations across applications, vendors, and cloud environments.
- Understanding of modern application architectures such as event-based systems and microservices.
- Development experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven ability to lead a workstream and support others while contributing individually.
- Experience configuring AWS resources.
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Guide teams and customers through Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Translate customer requirements into a workable backlog of tickets for engineers.
- Delegate tickets to a team of engineers to complete customer projects.
- Lead requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and architecture discussions.
- Apply understanding of DevOps pipelines, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in dev, test, and production environments.
- Automate software testing and monitor results at component, subsystem, and system levels.
- Write production quality code including unit and integration tests.
- Mentor and coach less experienced team members.
