Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or related fields (Master’s a plus).
- 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or controlling.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment, specifically series A+.
- Prior experience with fundraising and investor reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-changing environments.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with operators and founders.
- Fluent in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Own all finance functions including accounting and reporting.
- Manage budgets and cashflow to ensure investor-ready financial data.
- Prepare and lead the financial aspects of fundraising rounds.
- Develop financial scenarios and forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a financial advisor and sparring partner to the C-level team.
- Build and scale financial processes for the company.
