Requirements
- Experience building a CDP from scratch (0→1) or scaling one substantially.
- Expertise in identity resolution (deterministic and probabilistic profile matching).
- Strong data engineering skills including ingestion pipelines, streaming, warehouse/lakehouse, and reverse ETL.
- Proficiency in ML for customer data (segmentation, propensity, churn, CLV, recommendation approaches).
- Understanding of how to embed LLM enrichment.
- Experience in building preference capturing engines.
- In-depth knowledge of privacy and compliance standards (GDPR/CCPA, consent management, data minimization).
- Experience in multi-tenant SaaS architecture and data isolation.
- Understanding of the martech ecosystem and channel activation.
Responsibilities
- Design and build the CDP from scratch including data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profile, and activation.
- Establish a multi-tenant architecture with data isolation by client and by state.
- Build the AI enrichment layer including segmentation, predictive models, and LLM-based preference enrichment.
- Ensure privacy-by-design and compliance in a regulated vertical.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and clients.
