Job Details

10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.
Proven experience defining and operationalizing agentic AI use cases.
Strong understanding of AI/LLM platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, OpenAI, AWS, Azure).
Expertise in translating emerging technology into business value and measurable outcomes.
Deep proficiency in Salesforce platform strategy (Sales, Service, Data Cloud, AI).
Experience with business architecture and operating model design (capability models, value streams, target state roadmaps).
Ability to connect business strategy to execution with product, engineering, and delivery teams.
Experience leading executive-level conversations, workshops, and strategic decision forums.
Strong storytelling and communication skills for simplifying complex concepts for senior stakeholders.
Working knowledge of AI governance, risk, ethics, and compliance in regulated environments.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and shape problem statements in early-stage strategy engagements.
Experience contributing to practice development, frameworks, or thought leadership.

Define and operationalize agentic AI use cases for enterprise clients.
Translate emerging AI technology into business value, ROI, and measurable outcomes.
Develop target state roadmaps, capability models, and value streams for business architecture.
Lead executive-level conversations, workshops, and strategic decision forums.
