Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in ML or data science roles.
- Proven track record in client-facing technical roles, including pre-sales or discovery engagements.
- Experience designing scalable, production-grade ML architectures.
- Proficiency with LLM-based applications and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
- Hands-on experience with the Claude ecosystem, including Claude Code and Claude Agent SDK.
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS ML and data services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS).
- Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices.
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to translate business problems into feasible ML solutions.
- Design end-to-end ML architectures and author technical proposals, including scope, timeline, and cost estimates.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to diverse stakeholders.
- Architect agentic AI solutions, including RAG agents, multi-agent systems, and tool-using agents.
- Evaluate agent frameworks and design MCP integration strategies.
- Manage technical stakeholder expectations and build long-term advisory relationships.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project handoffs and technical guidance.
