Requirements

- Proven experience designing and deploying production AI systems
- Strong software engineering background (Python or similar)

- Deep understanding of MLOps and model lifecycle management
- Experience building and maintaining ML pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and architectural judgment
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- Define AI system architecture and technical strategy
- Design and implement ML systems and inference pipelines
- Build scalable training, evaluation, and deployment workflows
- Establish LLMOps best practices (CI/CD, versioning, observability)
- Optimize distributed inference and RAG performance
- Bridge research-to-production operationalization
- Mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on AI roadmaps
