Requirements

- Hands-on experience with production ETL/ELT design and implementation.
- Proven experience with Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) patterns.
- Strong proficiency with dbt for modular SQL transformations.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud warehouses like Snowflake or Databricks.
- Strong Python development skills for services and automation.
- Expertise in FastAPI for async REST API design.
- Proficiency with modern frontend development, specifically Next.js.
- Strong PostgreSQL skills including schema design and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents in a daily development workflow.
- Ability to manage CI/CD and cloud deployment independently.
Responsibilities
- Own work end to end from discovery through production deployment.
- Design and build data foundations, schemas, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Develop full-stack applications using Python/FastAPI and Next.js.
- Utilize AI coding agents like Claude Code to accelerate software delivery.
- Build AI capabilities including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows.
- Orchestrate automation pipelines using tools like Airflow or Dagster.
- Own CI/CD and cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure.
- Communicate technical trade-offs to business stakeholders.
- Contribute to internal technical accelerators.
