Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, application, or data security.
- Direct, hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
- Strong experience securing cloud and SaaS platforms (Azure preferred).
- Deep understanding of identity, access control, and data protection.
- Experience securing generative AI, LLM-based systems, and agentic architectures.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Administration, Anthropic, or OpenAI ecosystems.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview (sensitivity labels, DLP, Insider Risk Management).
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, and embeddings.
- Scripting or automation experience (Python or PowerShell).
- Strong cross-functional communication and influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve enterprise AI Security Architecture and security requirements.
- Establish secure-by-design patterns for AI development, deployment, and operations.
- Design and engineer security controls for AI-enabled SaaS, internal agents, and RAG architectures.
- Extend identity and access principles to non-human identities and autonomous agents.
- Identify and mitigate AI-specific risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, and model extraction.
- Define logging, monitoring, and detection requirements for AI systems.
- Partner with SecOps to ensure AI-related events are observable and actionable.
- Implement and optimize Microsoft Purview for data classification, DLP, and information protection.
