At least 3 years post-graduate experience

Requirements

  • Active unrestricted license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • At least 3 years of post-graduate experience providing psychotherapy.
  • Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT).
  • Clinical experience working with young people and their families.
  • Knowledge of and/or training in evidence-based mental health treatments.
  • Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including Zoom, Office, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong interest in collaboration.
  • Must not have opted out of Medicare.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct an average of 17-20 therapy sessions per week for a caseload of up to 20 clients.
  • Provide weekly psychotherapy to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18.
  • Utilize CBT and other evidence-based practices in clinical treatment.
  • Participate in weekly 1-on-1 and team consultations, peer-only huddles, and professional development programs.
  • Maintain timely clinical notes and documentation.
  • Coordinate care by communicating with pediatricians, school counselors, and family members as needed.
