Requirements

  • Extensive experience selling complex solutions to enterprise customers.
  • Experience working in data or cloud industries with technical sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth enterprise software companies.
  • Experience driving consumption and commit-based engagement models.
  • Experience working with professional services and training teams.
  • Experience co-selling and scaling business with cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and global solution integrators.
  • Experience building effective champions and collaborative teams.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and processes such as account planning, MEDDPICC, and value selling.
  • Accurate forecasting ability.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in English required, fluency in Danish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Co-develop business plans with team and ecosystem partners to exceed quarterly and annual consumption and booking goals.
  • Lead teams, customers, and partners to identify and prove the value of impactful data and AI use cases on the Databricks platform.
  • Implement customer data and AI transformation goals through strategic partnerships, professional services, training, and executive engagement.
  • Build trust with executives and technical champions by understanding product details and the technical roadmap.
  • Identify key use cases and buying centers within organizations to maximize Databricks' impact.
