Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in reconstruction or restoration project management.
- Strong proficiency in Xactimate (required).
- Experience working with TPAs (Third Party Administrators) and insurance carriers.
- Established network of subcontractors.
- Ability to execute projects from start to finish with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel to job sites throughout the state of Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged residential and commercial properties.
- Build accurate project scopes using Xactimate.
- Manage reconstruction projects through subcontractors and vendors.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, materials, and quality control.
- Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, TPAs, and internal teams.
- Ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
- Travel as needed to project sites across Georgia.
